About the name.
Niyam is a Sanskrit word meaning "rule" or "regulation." In Yoga and Hindu philosophy, Niyam refers to self-discipline and observance - following rules for growth and stability. For us, it perfectly captures the idea of operationalizing compliance not as a burden, but as a discipline that builds trust and resilience. Compliance, done properly.
